It is demonstrable that the vast majority of the CO2 increase was prior to industrialization and we have been on a warming trend for thousands of years. Even though we had nearly the same CO2 concentration, there was a cooling period from the 1940s to 1970s which is pretty hard to explain using the global warming zealots logic.
