Blythe Noreiga: Where are you starting it? What state/other provision is there already to model your own school on? What motivates you to start a primary school? What do you think the basic requirements of primary education are? Do you have a building ? Money for desks, books, teachers etc? What laws and regulations are in place that you will need to abide by?
Tobie Oshea: Go to your public library and get a book about starting a business or a school. You can write a grant, but for a school you will need someone with teacher certification otherwise no one will give you anything. Good luck
