Pam Rampadarat: And to actually give you some advice: Many local community colleges have ways with dealing with undocumented aliens, I know ours had. I would contact one near you and explain your situation. You might be able to enroll at least part time while you are still in the process. They will probably ask for some documentation such as confirmation letters from the INS, though. You can transfer to a four year college later. Good luck with both your school and legalization.

Dio! nna Doyel: You can apply, but you'll have to go through more paperwork as unless you become an American before you apply, you'll have to apply as a foreign citizen. The price will be higher, but they should still let you apply. I would go to a local college registration department and ask.This applies for almost every school across the country.
