I'd say try them too, if you or your friends are in to sci-fi (reading the books is not necessary). However, that's a long and complicated game, and not for everyone.Are You a Werew! olf? is a public domain game (though there are a lot of very nicely professionally made decks of cards available for it that are well worth the price) that's all about lying and deceiving.The board game BattleStar Galactica (based on the new series) focuses on betrayal, sabotage and mistrust. Derrick Smsith: Hmmmm..... Well a good board game that requires a little manipulation is monopoly. A couple More board games are trivial pursuit, you can manipulate people in to the wrong answer. Also, even though this isn't a board game, a card game called BS is another game of manipulation to obtain victory

Playe! rs have pawns that sit in little spaces in wooden lifeboats, a! nd the goal is to get as many of your pieces to an island at the other end of the board.The catch is that players vote for which boats will spring leaks, and the players in the leaky boats must vote on who to throw overboard as each boat takes on more water. The game is full of back-stabbing, double-crossing, lying, and betrayal.
