Billie Bratchett: right click on the shortcut and go to properties of IE. Set the use to Administrator and see if that fixes it. You can also go into control panel-security and disable that warning feature in all of vista.Also, I'd use Firefox or Opera browser instead of IE. Adrian Paraz: it sounds like your fire wall is on and protecting your computer when you first start this happens alot on a new computer if thats the problem just read what pops up there a section that you can click on and tell the computer to remember that site after a few days it will stop
Brian Freedland: I suggest you to use better browser than IE, you can use this better security browser from mozilla : Firefox.
