Every car is different. The more a car cost, the better it is and the more it will last. It also depends on the company. I agree with you, cars are meant for driving to one location to the next and getting a used one that is only a few months old and hasn't been beaten up is a more logical choice. It's just about reputation or feeling more rewarded by getting a new car. It's the person that makes a difference, not all people think the same.
