If a 16 year old has an Illinois boating license, do they need additional boating licenses?

Willis Liburd: I also have a boating license and the only thing that changes are the boating laws. Every state has their own laws but if you have an adult boating license then you can drive any boat under 65 or 60 feet anywhere in the US.
